Stephen Dattels

Mr. Dattels is a seasoned senior mining executive and resource financier who has founded and/or financed numerous mining ventures in several continents in diverse commodities including gold, uranium, copper, nickel, iron ore, coal, potash and most recently lithium with LSC Lithium Corp. He is also an active investor in oil and gas exploration in Africa and was one of the founders of Signet Petroleum Ltd., a successful private African oil and gas exploration company.

Mr. Dattels was a senior executive and director of Barrick Gold Corporation during its formative years, when it grew from a capital base of US$10 million to a market capitalization of US$2 billion when he left in early 1987. Since leaving Barrick, notable companies he founded include International Pursuit Corporation, International Gold Resources Corporation, Caledon Resources PLC, Oriel Resources PLC, UraMin Inc., Polo Resources Limited, and West African Minerals Corporation. He also was Non-executive Co-Chairman of Hong Kong-listed Regent Pacific Group Limited.

Mr. Dattels is currently active as Chairman of Circum Minerals Ltd., a potash exploration and development company which he co-founded. He is also Chairman of Regent Mercantile Holdings Limited, a private investment company.

Mr. Dattels has a Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University, a law degree (cum laude) from the University of Western Ontario and has completed the program for Management Development at Harvard.

Robert Metcalfe

Mr. Metcalfe is a lawyer and has been associated with Metcalfe, Blainey & Burns LLP in Markham, Ontario since 2001, and prior to that he was a senior partner with the law firm Lang Michener LLP for 20 years. He is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Armadale Properties and Counsel to all of the Armadale Group of Companies, with significant holdings across numerous industries including finance, construction of office buildings, Buttonville Municipal Airport ownership, management and refurbishing, land development, automotive dealerships as well as newspaper publishing, radio and television stations. Mr. Metcalfe was a director of Canada Lands Company Limited, one of the largest real estate corporations in Canada, and was a director and Chairman of the Board of CN Tower Limited, the tallest communications structure in the world. Throughout his career Mr. Metcalfe has served as a director of numerous public and private corporations including Chairman of the Board of Alberta Oilsands (TSXV:AOS). He currently serves as director of the publicly listed companies Gran Colombia Gold Corp., (Lead Director and Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee as well as a member of the Audit Committee); LSC Lithium Corp. (TSXV: LSC) (Chairman of Corporate Governance Committee); Agility Health Inc., (Director and member of the Audit Committee); WPC Resources Inc., (Director and member of the Audit Committee). As a director and shareholder, Mr. Metcalfe has been engaged in numerous acquisitions, divestitures, corporate reorganizations, financings and corporate improvements, as well as serving on special committees across many sectors. He is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and a member in good standing of the Law Society of Upper Canada.

J. Trevor Eyton

Senator Eyton is a corporate director who served as a Member of the Senate of Canada from 1990 until his retirement in 2009. He is highly respected for his lengthy service with Brascan Limited, (now known as Brookfield Asset Management), a Canadian-based, global asset manager focused on property, renewable power, infrastructure assets and private equity. Mr. Eyton served as Brascan’s President and Chief Executive Officer (1979 to 1991), as well as its Chairman and Senior Chairman (to 1997) and as a director (to 2014). Prior to his service with Brookfield, Mr. Eyton was a partner with the law firm Tory’s - and has served on numerous public and private corporations including General Motors Canada, Noranda, Magna International Inc., Brookfield Real Estate Services Inc., Silver Bear Inc and LeadFX Inc.

Senator Eyton has been appointed an Officer of the Order of Canada and Queen’s Counsel for Ontario. In addition, Senator Eyton has a B.A. (Toronto), as well as a J.D. (Toronto) and has received two honorary doctorates of law (Waterloo and King’s College - Dalhousie).

Bryan Smith

Mr. Smith has more than 30 years of experience in the securities industry and is recognized as a leader in the Canadian financial industry.

Mr. Smith began his career in 1967 with Nesbitt Thomson. In 1973 he joined Draper Dobie Ltd, holding increasingly senior roles, including Vice President and Director. Mr. Smith has also held the role of Senior Vice President of Gardner Watson Limited, now Dean Witter, and Senior Vice President and Director of Walwyn Stodgell Limited.

In 1990, Mr. Smith co-founded Burgundy Asset Management. He was pivotal in the firm's growth and retired in 1998. In 2000, it was the top Canadian equity performer and ranked in the number two position for the next five years. Mr. Smith has served as a past director of Polo Resources and Bioscript Inc. and has served as a director of Northbridge Financial Corporation since 2002. Mr. Smith holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.

Cheoll Ho Ghim

Mr. Ghim is a seasoned senior mining executive with an equity capital markets background in Asia. He has held senior leadership positions within numerous companies in a variety of industries including lithium and solar energy vertical farming. Prior to this, Mr. Ghim spent over 15 years working in the Asian capital markets with a focus on M&A; transactions, including working as an investment banker for Deutsche bank, BNP Paribas and STIC Investment Inc. in the Asia region. He has a MBA degree from Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.

John Hick

Mr. Hick has held senior management and/or board of director positions with numerous publicly listed mining and other companies since entering the mining industry in 1981. He also has his own consulting firm to provide consulting services to public and private companies in the areas of corporate restructuring, acquisitions, financing, financial and executive management. He has a Law degree from the University of Ottawa and BA from the University of Toronto.
